Ice Chests

All wild game must be quartered and dropped off in an ice chest with your name on it. This will ensure that you will receive the same meat that you dropped off.

We are not responsible for broken ice chests. 

Please take note of the following:

  • No Orders can be dropped off or picked up between 10:30 am and 2:00 pm.
  • Processing turn-arounds:
    Pre-Thanksgiving(1-5 days)
    Post-Thanksgiving(2-4 weeks)
  • Every order will be subject to a processing fee (draining ice chests and re-icing) of $10. The $10 processing fee covers the following: Icing of your product, deboning of your product, vacuum bagging and labeling of your product.
  • We require 50% deposit when you drop any wild game off for processing!
  • Due to limited freezer space, we ask that all orders be picked up within 5 days after you receive notification that your order is ready. After the fifth day there will be a $5/day charge added to the total invoice price until the order is picked up!
